A prominent further education provider in Birmingham seeks a Full Time Admissions Officer to ensure high-quality support for student applications. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to maintain accurate course information and assist applicants throughout the admissions process. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and be fluent in spoken English. This position is critical in promoting a diverse and inclusive educational environment.

The main responsibility of the post holder will be to ensure that the Admissions team provides a quality service to potential students and internal and external customers.
