A healthcare organization in Wrexham is seeking an experienced administrator to support their Substance Misuse Team. The candidate should possess excellent organisational skills and an NVQ Level 3 in Administration. Responsibilities include managing appointments, report collation, and being the primary contact for the team. A good understanding of both Welsh and English is advantageous. This role is located on-site at HMP Berwyn.
Arranging meetings, preparation of meeting papers and taking minutes of meetings.
Sourcing and providing information, including report collation and data analysis in line with local and national reporting mechanisms
Utilising a range of IT systems to develop and populate clinics
Being the first point of contact for the substance misuse team

We are looking for an experienced administrator to support the Substance Misuse Team within the wider Health and Wellbeing team. You will have excellent organisational skills and be qualified at NVQ Level 3 in Administration or have an equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
This is an administrative role supporting the bloodborne virus clinical team within the wider substance misuse team. As BBV admin you will be required to collate information and audit a variety of reports. You will also be required to book 3 monthly and yearly appointments for dry blood spot tests into allocated clinics. You will be required to assign blood results to the substance misuse clinical team. You will also support the wider substance misuse team with other administrative duties.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
