Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet patients and provide a welcoming, patient-focused service.
  • Make telephone bookings for patients attending our services.
  • Provide administration support, including organising filing systems and computer files.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with patients and colleagues.
  • Utilise IT tools and demonstrate strong IT literacy in daily tasks.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Multi-task effectively in a busy healthcare environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a Healthcare environment preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Skills in organising filing systems and computer files.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (patient facing and telephone).
  • IT literacy and strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a flexible, organized and enthusiastic attitude.
Additional Information
  • A key element of the role is to make telephone bookings for patients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
  • Pre-employment screening is required, including proof of professional registration and qualifications, DBS checking and occupational health assessments.
