Job description
Job Title: Administrator, Springburn, Temporary with opportunity to become permanent, £16.00 - £19.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-15:30
  • Paid Hours: 30 hours per week (32 hours worked, includes 30-minute lunch)
  • Support a team of field-based Electricians and Apprentices with job paperwork
  • Manage project documentation and reporting requirements
  • Assist with Health & Safety documentation and record keeping
  • Process financial transactions and perform bank reconciliations using Sage 50
  • Assist with financial data and cost analysis reporting
  • Support materials management and monitor stock levels
  • Maintain fleet records for all company vehicles
  • Carry out general administration duties including filing, data entry, and telephony
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience using Sage, specifically for purchasing and bank reconciliations
  • Experience working in a busy administrative environment
  • High IT literacy with strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills
