You will be working within an office team handling daily phone calls (incoming & outgoing) and emails in a timely manner. A big part of your role you will be creating letters, presentations, and posters for the team plus dealing with stock management and stock checks. Assisting with any complaints and queries as they arise can also play a part, with full training given.
