THE EMPLOYER IS: CREGGAN ENTERPRISES LTDThe successful applicant will work as part of the existing admin team and will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the department. The role involves a range of administrative and customer-facing duties, requiring a professional, organised, and proactive approach at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Providing a friendly and professional point of contact for customers, visitors, and colleagues, responding to enquiries in person, by telephone, or via email.
  • Data Entry: Accurately inputting and updating information on internal systems and databases, ensuring records are maintained correctly and in line with data protection requirements.
  • Answering Phone Calls: Handling incoming telephone calls efficiently and courteously, directing calls to the appropriate person or department and taking messages when required.
  • Sorting and Filing Documents: Organising, sorting, and filing both electronic and paper documents to ensure records are easily accessible and maintained in an orderly manner.
  • Managing and Updating Social Media: Assisting with the management and regular updating of social media platforms, including posting content, responding to messages where appropriate, and helping to maintain a positive online presence.
  • The role requires good communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing tasks independently.
Skills and Qualifications
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and their use in a professional environment.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload effectively.
  • Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and undertake training as required.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
