Responsibilities

  • Operate IT systems and software packages to provide efficient service.
  • Liaise with colleagues to maintain accurate information.
  • Schedule deliveries and collections for equipment and products.
  • Provide timely assistance to the public in person and by phone.
  • Prepare collection documentation and arrange returns to the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate records of requisitions and paperwork.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries.
  • Process stock and non-stock orders to ensure supply.
  • Support management in operational aspects of CECS.
  • Maintain community equipment stock and catalogue.
