This temporary position offers an ASAP start and potential for permanence. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. We’re looking for an outstanding, driven Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic investment environment in London on temporary basis, for an ASAP start. There is strong potential that this role could turn into a permanent position with increased workload.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your contributions are valued, and will work closely with another Assistant in the team who will train you. These roles offer a great opportunity to gain experience in a top-tier investment setting while supporting a high-performing team.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts by :
