Podiatry Clinic - Launceston

We are seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to support our client's established podiatry clinic on Saturdays, with additional ad hoc cover for holidays and sickness.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for part-time, flexible work within a patient-focused healthcare environment.

Package
  • £14 per hour
  • Saturday working (full day)
  • 30-minute unpaid break when working a full day

Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting patients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answering incoming phone calls and responding to email enquiries
  • Booking and rebooking appointments using practice management software
  • Taking and processing patient payments
  • Maintaining accurate patient records in line with GDPR
  • Supporting general day-to-day reception and administrative duties
  • Ensuring patients receive an efficient and positive experience
Knowledge & Skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative or reception-based role
