A major healthcare provider in the UK is looking for an Administrator to support the Colorectal Clinical Nurse Specialist team. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks like booking patient appointments and maintaining accurate patient records. We are looking for an Administrator to join our friendly team of Colorectal Cancer Specialist Nurses and Cancer Navigator, to provide admin support to the Lower GI Nursing service at The Royal Wolverhampton Trust. There will be a range of administrative duties including, ordering supplies, scanning, answering telephone calls, and queries.

To provide full administrative support to the Colorectal Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) team within the Directorate of General Surgery and to include all administrative procedures and documentation associated with a patient’s attendance/admission to the hospital and supporting calls. It is expected that staff will demonstrate initiative, make decisions, and take appropriate action in accordance with Trust and Departmental Guidelines.
