A leading technology and services provider in Hatfield is looking for an Administration Services Operative to support logistics and manage parts orders for our engineering team. You will need to have a strong customer service orientation, along with knowledge of SAP and ITSM systems. The role involves ensuring smooth operations in inventory processes and assisting in the return of spare parts. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Full-time position available.

Administration Services Operative
The team ensure the day to day running of inventory and logistic support. We supply support to many areas of the business which include service logistics helpdesk support warehouse query support and central logistic support. We also provide auditing services Business Take on support and third-party vendor support.
Provide support for our third-party cisco partner SCT. This will involve working with the partner and our clients for the successful return of spare parts back to SCT.
Order parts on behalf of our engineers and managing the collection of used parts.
Provide help with resolving open outstanding parts by working in SAP to process these.
Fulfil stock adjustments for third party vendor.
Help to arrive or despatch customer devices using ITSM.
Help to manage boot stock for field engineers.
Provide proof of delivery (POD) to the business for deliveries.
Update SAP with the POD date and time from spreadsheet information.
Onarken - update the use and new items being removed or replaced in a Locker
An interest and understanding of logistics.
