A health and social care Trust is seeking a Full-time Administration/Reception Assistant responsible for various administrative tasks, leading the reception area, and managing communications effectively. Candidates should be proactive with strong organisational and communication skills. This role offers an enhanced leave package and health and wellbeing support.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HTFT would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks that help coordinate teams within Humber Facilities Services effectively. This position requires a proactive approach, enabling you to manage and prioritise your workload independently.
Additionally, you will lead the effort to open the reception area and prepare the space to create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors upon their arrival. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential in establishing a smooth and professional atmosphere.
Please note that this is a mobile position, requiring travel across the Trust's sites. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but these can be discussed during the interview.
