A commercial property firm in Aberdeen is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support office operations. Responsibilities include managing enquiries, office management duties, and administrative support for key staff. This role offers flexibility, making it suitable for parents or those returning from a career break. Previous office experience is preferred but not essential.
Working within the property industry, you will join a friendly and collaborative team as an Administrative Assistant supporting the day to day running of a successful commercial property firm.

This role is a part-time position on a 12 months’ fixed term contract. Property experience is not essential, any previous office experience will be considered.
