A regional health trust seeks Administrative Assistants in Worcester to support the Integrated Single Point of Access (SPA) and Hospital at Home services. The role involves managing administrative tasks, recording information, and supporting a varied workload. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills. We have an exciting opportunity for Administrative Assistants to be part of the Integrated Single Point of Access (SPA) in Worcester which also supports the new countywide Hospital at Home service. This role will be integral in supporting the coordination and roll out of a countywide H@H service as well as supporting the other administrative work in the integrated SPA.
The SPA also continues to grow and develop and the post holder will be part of the administrative workforce within this integrated SPA and be involved in the operational growth and development of this service. We require flexible and adaptable candidates who are able to manage a busy and varied workload across the H@H and SPA services to support a seamless delivery of administrative support to support the urgent delivery of services to professionals and patients.
You will be based at Kings Court 2 in Worcester and be expected to work shifts across a seven day week to cover the operating hours of 07:30-20:00. You will be required to provide administrative support for the H@H and Integrated SPA services, including recording information in spreadsheets to enable data and activity within the H@H & Community SPA to be analysed and presented by the Operational Lead.
You must have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
