This post provides essential front-line and administrative support to patients, Medical Secretaries, Nurses, and Doctors, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our busy skin department. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping to manage appointments, handle enquiries, and support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.
Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential. The role requires the ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced clinical environment, strong attention to detail, and a professional, courteous manner when interacting with patients and colleagues.
