Administrator – Construction (Immediate Start)

A very successful and well-established Construction firm with offices across the South East is seeking an Administrator to join their team ASAP.

This is a solid, all-round administrative role, ideal for someone interested in a career in the construction industry.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (some flexibility available)

Key Responsibilities
  • General administrative support
  • Data entry and record maintenance
  • Raising and processing Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Using Sage
  • Hiring and off-hiring plant and equipment
  • Document control
  • Liaising with internal teams and suppliers
Requirements
  • Previous admin experience within the construction industry (around a year is sufficient) would be great but is not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident with data entry and admin systems
  • Organised and reliable
