Overview

The Role:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff
  • Managing calls, emails and general enquiries
  • Maintaining pupil records and databases
  • Supporting attendance monitoring and admissions administration
  • Producing letters, reports and documentation
  • Assisting with the coordination of school events and activities
