Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Afternoon/Evening Support

Are you a detail-oriented and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking a committed Admin Assistant to provide essential support during the late afternoon into early evening, ensuring a seamless shift changeover and smooth daily operations.

Pay: £13.00phr

Hours: 25hrs per week (part time)

Note: 2pm to 7pm or 3pm to 8pm (flexibility required based on client needs)

Contract: Temporary, possible on-going placement

Location: Robertsbridge

Responsibilities
  • Supporting shift handovers and ensuring smooth transitions
  • Handling general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, phone/email correspondence)
  • Liaising with internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car – due to location, public transport isn’t an option
  • Previous admin experience preferred but not essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
  • Honest, reliable and excellent time management
  • Friendly and approachable with great customer service skills
