THE EMPLOYER IS: TCC NI LTD
We are looking for an Admin and Office Support Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support across the business. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient systems.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and paper) to ensure records are accurate and accessible.
  • Order and manage office supplies, stationery, and meeting room resources.
  • Handle general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
  • Engage with clients, requesting information such as books and records.
  • Perform reconciliations using Excel.
  • Request and maintain client files in line with money laundering compliance requirements.
  • Manage Companies House filings, including confirmation statements, director changes, and client registrations.
  • Ensure client records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with basic credit control activities.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task and time‑management skills.
