Main Duties of the Job

• Following NICE guidelines when prescribing.
• To be able to attend school meetings, safeguarding meetings as and when required (via TEAMS).
• Undertake duty calls as needed.
• EMIS and electronic prescribing - Training can be given.
• Regular supervision available, both clinical and managerial.

Job Responsibilities

Our Clinical services:

• Hybrid work.
• 8‑10 appointments a day, with these being remote review/new patient medication initiation appointments 45mins, or telephone titration review appointments 15‑20min.
• Prescription writing slot with 8‑10 prescriptions to authorise in 45min.
• 30min admin slots.

Qualifications

• NMC Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice. CAMHS background. BNFC and the ability to follow clinical protocols. Experience working with children and young people diagnosed with ADHD. Able to carry out face to face or remote appointments.
