We are seeking individuals to join the team in Older People & Stroke Service, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow G51 4TF.
The post holder will assist the team in delivering care and organising structured, meaningful and therapeutic activities to aid the rehabilitation of patients. You will assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of patients’ social & leisure activities. You will organise and participate, alongside your team, in therapeutic leisure activities on a group and one‑to‑one basis.
You should have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to excel in a busy working environment.
You will assist patients with activities of daily living and assist the Registered Nurse and, where appropriate, other members of the Clinical Team to deliver patient care.
