Job description

Maheen Label Tex Ltd. is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented, and analytically strong Accounts & Finance professional to support the corporate financial operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, statutory compliance, and financial reporting, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑unit manufacturing environment.

  • Proper understanding of journal entry
  • Preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) as per company policy, which is aligned with IAS/IFRS
  • Perform bank reconciliation, and ensure accuracy of all financial entries
  • Ensure compliance with Income Tax, VAT, and other regulatory requirements including supplier payments
  • Monitor, analyze budget variances, and prepare budget as per management format
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision‑making of senior management
  • Work with TALLY/ ERP/Accounting software to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation statements for banks, IPCA, trade receivables, trade payables, and reimbursement accounts
  • Ensure timely processing of supplier payments and accurate payroll management with proper deductions and compliance
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and management reports for internal and external audits
  • Oversee inventory accounting, ensure accurate valuation (FIFO, Weighted Average, etc.), and conduct monthly physical stock verification
  • Act as a finance business partner to management, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support profitability and sustainability
