TPF Recruitment is proud to be the leading provider of accountancy practice opportunities across the Southern Home Counties. We are currently supporting one of our long-standing clients with a fantastic new opening for a Client Manager / Accounts Manager to join their friendly and growing team based in Brighton.

Our client is a small independent accountancy firm made up of four dedicated professionals. They offer an incredibly relaxed and personable working environment along with flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.

This is a full 360 position within a mixed general practice capacity offering direct client contact and responsibility for managing your own portfolio. You will be joining a forward-thinking cloud-based practice that has embraced paperless systems and automation to deliver efficient and modern client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of clients acting as their first point of contact
  • Preparing accounts tax returns and management reports
  • Overseeing bookkeeping VAT and compliance work
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting junior team members where required
Requirements

About You :

  • AAT Level 4 qualified with experience managing a client portfolio or
  • ACCA / ACA qualified with practice experience

You will thrive in a close-knit environment and enjoy working directly with clients while taking ownership of your work.
