  • Manage workflow, review team output and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare budgets, fee quotations, accounts and tax computations.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of improved departmental processes.
  • Monitor team performance and address personnel matters.
  • Oversee the allocation and effective use of departmental resources.
