Job Description

Job title: Credit Controller

Salary: £30-35K dependant on experience

Hours: 9AM-5.00PM Monday-Friday

Holiday: Statutory

Responsibilities
  • Produce general monthly statements using Microsoft Excel and SAGE 50.
  • Produce consolidated debt sheets for large clients in specified formats.
  • Issue monthly rebate credit notes.
  • Provide management information on a weekly basis to all levels of management and/or clients on the movement of the following: debt, cash receipts, revenue.
  • Track client queries and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Create new client accounts on the company’s CRM and in SAGE 50 and complete credit checks to validate information provided.
  • Respond to AR queries via email and telephone.
  • Communicate with clients via email and telephone to obtain payment dates for outstanding invoices.
  • Reconcile individual AR accounts.

  • Intermediate Excel skill level
  • SAGE 50 experience
  • Ability to follow a variety of procedures that can differ within the Business Units.
