Reporting lines: Accounts Manager.
Day to day, the role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts and managing finance‑related correspondence, ensuring that transactions are recorded correctly and efficiently. Strong attention to detail is essential, as the role helps maintain financial controls and supports wider reporting and compliance requirements.
The Accounts Assistant works closely with colleagues across the business, responding to queries with professionalism and empathy, and supporting teams to follow finance processes correctly.
