A well-established logistics company in Willenhall seeks an experienced Accounts Assistant for its Finance Department. In this role, you will support management accounts preparation, manage payroll, and handle sales and purchase ledgers. Proven experience in payroll and a good command of Microsoft Excel are essential. This permanent position offers growth opportunities and training during standard work hours, Monday to Friday.

An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join our established Finance Department. Working closely with the Management Accountant, you will support the preparation of monthly management accounts and also provide cover for the key components of the finance function, in particular payroll, sales ledger and purchase ledger.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will also be responsible for:
The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll, sales and purchase ledger working within a fast paced environment and can work comfortably on Microsoft Packages in particular Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheets. Experience with Sage Line 50 would be useful although not essential. This is a permanent opportunity working Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am - 5:30pm.
