Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day finance operations, including maintaining both the sales and purchase ledger.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence, and invoice generation.
  • Monitor the accounts inbox and respond to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, credit card transactions, and handle aged creditors and debtors.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and assist with year-end processes.
What Experience is Required
  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance role with working knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary : £27,000 per annum
  • Full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday, hours / week)
