Prestigious Dealership – Close to Leicester

Accounts assistant wanted

About You:

  • Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations are essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well organized, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines while paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a small team.
  • As an Accounts Assistant, you will support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad-hoc duties where required.
  • As an Accounts Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, trade transfers and other ad-hoc duties. In this role, you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department, and many members of the management team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.
  • Mondays – Friday 8:30 – 5:30; however, this sometimes can include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
