Job Description
- Process sales and purchase invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile customer and supplier accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain and update ledger records in the accounting system.
- Prepare and process payment runs while adhering to company policies.
- Assist with month-end reporting and closing tasks.
- Handle queries related to sales and purchase ledger activities.
- Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience working within accounting functions, especially in sales and purchase ledger roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Knowledge of financial compliance and regulations.
