Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer invoices and credit notes are accurately processed in line with company procedures.
  • Allocate customer payments and maintain precise account reconciliations.
  • Handle supplier purchase invoices with the correct coding and necessary authorisations.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and swiftly resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in credit control by telephone chasing, monitoring outstanding balances, and addressing any related queries.
  • Be the go‑to person for internal and external queries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the finance team as required.

  • Previous experience in accounts administration or a similar finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks (training will be provided).
