You will establish costing frameworks, manage a team and enhance financial systems. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in accounting, expertise in inventory and revenue under US GAAP/IFRS, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Background in hardware manufacturing or consumer electronics.
• Experience managing cost or revenue accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team responsible for inventory costing.
• Partner with FP&A, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
• Develop standard costing structures and revenue recognition framework.
• Drive monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Lead development of inventory and revenue accounting systems.

Skills

Experience building and managing accounting teams

Understanding of inventory and revenue accounting

Expertise with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

Analytical and data-modeling skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

ACA/ACCA/CPA certification preferred
