Overview

Join our team as an Account Executive focused on driving enterprise sales for Amazon Leo solutions across the DACH region. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in cloud networking and satellite communications to build strategic relationships with C‑level executives at Europe’s largest multinational and domestic corporations. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, understanding complex connectivity needs, and proposing high‑value network solutions worth millions of dollars. This position requires exceptional enterprise sales acumen, technical knowledge of connectivity solutions, and the ability to navigate complex contract negotiations with senior decision makers.

As Germany represents our largest potential market, you will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint in this key region, with additional responsibility for Austria and Switzerland. Your experience selling large‑scale networking and connectivity solutions will be instrumental in helping customers transform their operations through Amazon’s cutting‑edge satellite technology. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are passionate about building relationships with enterprise customers to deliver innovative solutions, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our European expansion strategy.

This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulations.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and increase market share across assigned enterprise accounts in Europe, with special focus on the German market, by developing and executing strategic sales plans for Amazon Leo solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives at multinational corporations, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their complex connectivity challenges and business objectives.
  • Propose and negotiate multi‑million dollar networking and satellite communication solutions that address customer needs, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop customized proposals and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Amazon Leo to enterprise decision makers.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting while working with partners to extend reach and drive adoption of satellite connectivity solutions in key European markets.
A Day in the Life

Your day begins with reviewing your pipeline and prioritizing outreach to enterprise prospects and existing customers. Throughout the day, you’ll engage with C‑level executives across the DACH region to understand their connectivity challenges and articulate how Amazon Leo solutions can transform their operations. You’ll collaborate with technical teams to develop customized proposals, conduct demonstrations, and progress deals through the sales cycle. A significant portion of your time will be spent building relationships with German multinational companies, understanding their specific requirements, and negotiating contracts for large‑scale connectivity solutions.
