Job Title: Account Manager – Government (EMEA)

What will you be doing?
  • Owning and growing a portfolio of government accounts, acting as a trusted and assured partner to senior stakeholders
  • Driving renewals, retention, and expansion by delivering clear value and improved outcomes for customers
  • Building strong, long‑term relationships across defence, law enforcement, customs, and intelligence communities
  • Translating complex operational needs into impactful technology solutions through demos and engagement
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver a vibrant, refreshed customer experience
  • Working alongside customer success manager
Are you the ideal candidate?
  • 4+ years’ experience in account management or sales within software or technology
  • Proven success working with public sector, defence, maritime, intelligence, or law enforcement customers
  • Must have worked with international clients not just the UK
  • A qualified, motivated, and commercially strong professional with a winner’s mindset
  • Confident managing complex stakeholders and negotiations independently
  • Focused, determined, and comfortable operating across cultures with regional travel
