This role suits someone who is highly organised, analytical and process‑driven, with a strong focus on reporting, forecasting and service delivery.

  • Track weekly and monthly account performance, ensuring service standards and commercial objectives are consistently met
  • Produce accurate MI, reports and forecasts, providing clear insight to the Key Account Director
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and align UK Mail solutions to their business priorities
  • Use commercial tools, including rate agreements and P&Ls, to manage pricing, profitability and performance
  • Support the setup and smooth onboarding of new accounts where required
  • React to market or customer changes, managing pricing adjustments through formal approval processes
  • Work closely with Operations to resolve queries, manage escalations and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with forecasting requirements, payment terms and customer contractual obligations
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement across the commercial team
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience managing corporate accounts, or a clear aptitude for structured, effective account management
  • A strong track record of accurate reporting, forecasting and performance tracking
  • Excellent working knowledge of management information systems
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel for data analysis and consolidation
  • A highly organised, detail‑focused and process‑driven approach
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Knowledge of DSA and mailing products is advantageous
