Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and knowledgeable B2B Account Manager to join a fantastic, sizeable creative marketing agency in Manchester city centre.

Our Client

An agency that’s recently entered an exciting new era, they’ve got a long successful history and a fantastic senior leadership team. A large agency, they’ve got a real people focus and their culture is hugely important to them.

The Role

You’ll be the day-to-day contact for a range of digital-first B2B clients, working on SEO, PPC, and web development projects. This role isn’t about “doing the do”, you won’t be hands-on running campaigns, but you’ll need to understand the world of Google Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn campaigns so you can talk to clients with confidence, interpret reports, and help spot opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Managing day-to-day client relationships, acting as their go-to contact.
  • Working with internal teams (creative, digital, development) to deliver projects on time, on brief, and on budget.
  • Interpreting campaign results and reports, turning them into insights and recommendations.
  • Supporting on budgets, forecasts, and project timelines.
  • Spotting opportunities to add value and grow accounts.
Your profile
  • 12–18 months agency experience (ideally in B2B performance marketing).
  • Confident communicator, able to build strong client relationships.
  • Organised, efficient and proactive.
  • Commercially minded, with some experience of budgets and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns (enough to talk strategy, not execution).
