Account Manager | Fashion & Apparel | £45k | London

An exciting and fast-growing fashion business is seeking a commercially driven, experienced Account Manager to help manage key brand and retail relationships. This is a hands-on role where you\'ll take ownership of accounts from concept through to delivery - working across design, sourcing, production, and trading. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong commercial eye, and love working with iconic brands and buyers - this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Responsibilities
  • Planning & Orders
    • Brief design and sourcing teams on product and range requirements
    • Assist in pricing to meet margin targets and customer expectations
    • Present collections to buyers alongside the design team
    • Manage purchase orders - from confirmation to coordination with sourcing
    • Ensure all buyer information is correct for final approvals
  • Production & Forecasting
    • Submit accurate forecasts to merchandising and planning teams
    • Ensure new suppliers/factories are aligned with delivery standards
    • Track orders and manage critical path reporting
    • Communicate delays and proactively resolve delivery issues
    • Keep all purchase orders up to date
  • Trading & Sales Support
    • Analyse customer demand by category/unit to shape stock selections
    • Prepare and present samples to retail buyers
    • Liaise with internal teams to manage excess stock
    • Work within margin targets to support trading decisions
What You'll Bring
  • Proven account management experience in fashion, apparel, or a similar product-led industry
  • Strong understanding of buying cycles, supply chains, and critical paths
  • Confident in client-facing situations and presenting to retail buyers
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially astute and able to manage competing priorities

Please note this role is based on site 5 days per week in North / North West London.
