The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients and agents, introducing our conveyancing services, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, explain legal processes clearly, generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with our existing network.
You’ll work closely with our Client Services and Legal teams to ensure seamless handovers from enquiry to instruction, while helping us grow our client base across London and the South East.
