Location: London/Leeds/Cardiff (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment. You’ll be the strategic partner to a portfolio of clients across Insurance, Investments and Pension Sectors, helping them unlock the full value of our data-driven solutions. This is a high-impact role where your ability to build relationships, uncover opportunities, and drive growth will directly shape our clients’ success—and ours.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and renewal management.
  • Understand client goals and align our solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and strategy teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Deliver insights and forecasts through regular reporting and performance reviews.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and competitive movements.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in account management or client success roles within SaaS, data services, or tech.
  • A natural relationship builder with a hunter mindset—you spot opportunities and act fast.
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations.
  • Insight-led and consultative in your approach, with a passion for solving real-world problems.
  • Skilled in CRM usage and client engagement across multiple channels.
  • Willing to travel to key clients and represent LexisNexis Risk with professionalism and impact.
  • Experience in Insurance, Pensions or Investments Sectors is a strong advantage.
