This role involves leading a team of over 60 staff, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing service quality. Based across Coventry and Birmingham, we\'re seeking a dynamic and experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our expanding Central Division, managing a high-profile portfolio of corporate clients.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you\'ll take ownership of cleaning operations across 20 sites in Coventry, with additional coverage in Birmingham. You\'ll lead a team of 60+ cleaning operatives, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
