A leading PR agency in London is seeking an Account Executive to support various projects for a global pharmaceutical client. This role involves assisting with quality control of scientific materials, project management, and building expertise over time. Candidates should have a biological science degree and strong attention to detail. Comprised of specialised account handlers and medical writers, all with science degrees, the team manages a variety of projects to support pharmaceutical companies in communicating scientific data to internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals and patients.
We are seeking an Account Executive to work on a large account supporting a variety of projects for a global pharmaceutical company.
Primary responsibilities include:
Assist with the quality control of materials including scientific publications, slide decks and materials for events.
Route materials through the client’s review processes and track the status of materials under review.
Assist with the submission of abstracts and manuscripts, including collection of required information from authors.
Accomplish multiple tasks to deadline with scrupulous attention to detail.
Build expertise in project management to become able to manage larger projects over time.
Experience in a similar role is not essential, but you must have an interest in the scientific and commercial aspects of drug development.
Biological science degree
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and interpersonal skills
Available to work full-time
Able to commute to the office
