SS& C Technologies is seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to play a key role in generating new business for our outsourced contact centre solutions. As part of a growing team, you'll focus on building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective clients, generating leads, and creating demand for our services across multiple industries, with an emphasis on financial services and technology sectors. In this role, you'll focus on the early stages of the sales process: prospecting, engaging decision‑makers, and setting up meetings that lead to new business opportunities. You will have the chance to work independently, but also collaborate with our internal teams to tailor the right solutions for prospects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify new leads within the outsourced contact centre market, focusing on financial services and other target sectors.
  • Cold Outreach: Use a variety of methods (email, phone, social media) to reach out to prospects, generate interest, and secure meetings.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress using CRM software. Ensure consistent follow‑ups to move leads through the sales cycle.
  • Qualification: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, qualify leads, and assess potential fit for SS& C's outsourced contact centre solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure leads are properly nurtured and converted into opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates and forecasts to the Head of Sales, using CRM tools to track activity, identify trends, and report on the status of your pipeline.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build relationships and create new opportunities for lead generation.
Qualifications
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to ensure your outreach is relevant and impactful.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales within contact centre, BPO, or related services.
  • A strong hunter mentality, with the ability to source and qualify leads independently.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - along with the ability to create interest and build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing a high volume of outreach with a focus on results.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
