Account Executive – Account Manager, £30-£40K. London (Hybrid Working)

This amazing creative agency specialises in high-impact Direct Response Television (DRTV) and digital content for NGOs worldwide. Join this dynamic creative agency's team as Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, or Account Manager.

Overview

We're looking for a talented and values-driven Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, or Account Manager to join our client service team. You'll be the operational heart of campaigns, ensuring brilliant work is delivered seamlessly for clients.

What you\'ll do
  • Develop inspiring creative briefs and manage the flow of work between creative, production, and post-production teams.
  • Brief and manage key partners, including media agencies, call centres, and digital agencies.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for campaign performance data, analysing media response, phone banks, and digital conversions.
  • Organise and lead status, planning, and performance review meetings.
  • Help prepare and manage campaign budgets, providing regular financial reporting.
What you\'ll need
  • Agency experience, preferably with a background in TV, film, or digital advertising. (DRTV experience is a major advantage).
  • A genuine passion for the charity sector and a desire to use your skills for good.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; the ability to influence internally and externally with calmness and kindness.
  • Superb project management skills—you’re organised, articulate, and a proactive team player who meets deadlines.
  • A numbers-driven mindset and a passion for using data to prove success.
  • An interest in the creative process and a desire to learn how to develop compelling film that delivers results.
