In this role, you'll be a key player in supporting our long-standing partnership with Halfords, helping to deliver high-quality packaging projects that align with their brand and business goals. As a vital member of our client services crew, you'll be supporting the Account Manager through the entire packaging content creation process—from brainstorming brilliance to delivering a masterpiece. Team up with our internal champions and client stakeholders to ensure projects not only run like clockwork but dazzle on every level.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform client packaging briefs into creative work within ITG's workflow.
• Schedule on-site multi-channel artwork production in our studio.
• Perform quality control checks on assets to ensure they are polished and ready for the spotlight.
• Manage stakeholder feedback through our Storyteq platform, communicating clearly and effectively.
• Provide regular stakeholder updates to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date packaging Work in Progress (WIP) documentation.
