A leading software startup in Manchester is seeking an experienced Account Director to manage key accounts in the Retail and eCommerce sectors. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality customer service while driving additional sales. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of Software/SaaS sales experience and a proven record in revenue growth. The position involves hybrid working, with 2 days in the Manchester office.
Account Director - Software for Retail/eCommerce
Salary: 50k-60k basic, 100k OTE
Hybrid working, Manchester office 2x per week
This is an opportunity to work for an award-winning Manchester software start up business that has received substantial financial backing and is projected to double in size this year.
This is a Senior Sales role vacancy, taking responsibility for a collection of key accounts, mostly made up of retailers and eCommerce businesses.
You will be responsible for high quality customer service, retaining these accounts whilst finding opportunities for additional sales and revenue growth.
You will be selling the company\’s own proprietary software, a customer experience tool.
The role will involve hybrid working, with 2 days in their Manchester office.
