Overview

Account Director - Fixed Term
Location: London
Contract: FTC (Potential for Permanent Role)

The Role

As Account Director, you will take full ownership of service delivery, financial performance, and client relationships for this flagship contract. You'll lead both resident and mobile teams, ensuring excellence in technical service, compliance with KPIs/SLAs, and the development of strong, strategic customer partnerships.

This is a highly visible leadership role where your expertise will directly influence the success of a nationally significant site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full accountability for financial performance, including gross profit, WIP, and aged debt.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of contract KPIs and SLAs through regular performance reviews.
  • Build and implement a tailored customer relationship strategy to enhance satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams with a focus on service excellence and succession planning.
  • Manage staffing levels and resource planning to align with service requirements.
  • Oversee project works and collaborate with wider business functions as needed.
  • Maintain rigorous health, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices across the account.
