We are now seeking an Account Director to take the lead on one of the country's most iconic venues. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a flagship account at a national landmark – a role where technical expertise, service excellence, and strategic leadership come together to deliver a truly world‑class service.
As Account Director, you'll hold full accountability for service delivery, financial performance, and customer relationships across this prestigious contract. Leading both resident and mobile teams, you'll drive operational excellence, ensure contractual compliance, and proactively develop strong customer partnerships that create new opportunities for growth.
This is a highly visible leadership role, where you'll shape the strategic direction of the account, showcase technical innovation, and deliver an exceptional service that matches the stature of the venue.
