Your duties will include :

  • Safety First: Ensuring the safety and well-being of all customers and crew maintaining the highest safety standards by carrying out your duties in line with company policies / procedures and in accordance with Aer Lingus UK Operations Manuals and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Handling customer queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues effectively, and making every effort to meet and exceed the needs and preferences of all passengers.

Job Entry Requirements :
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction
  • Must be able to apply for and obtain relevant US immigration / entry visas (which is a pre-requisite for the role for travel to / from the United States).
  • Hold a valid passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel.
  • Ability to report for duty within 120 minutes when on standby duty
  • UK ATPL or ATPL (f) licence
  • A330 / A320 Type-Rating
  • Time on type: A330 – flexible, CCQ – 1,000 hrs on A320
  • LPC must be valid upon commencement
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. ELP level 5 required
  • Flexibility and adaptability to working shifts, unsociable hours, weekends, holidays and overnights
  • Able to pass an airport security vetting procedure, including a five-year background check
