The successful candidate will be responsible for HMCTS sites across Wales, Midlands and South West and can be based at any HMCTS site within these regions. As part of your role, you will be expected to attend multiple HMCTS sites located throughout your region on a monthly basis to conduct audit and assurance processes, with occasional travel to other locations in the country. You will have the opportunity to discuss and agree your preferred base location within your region with your line manager at onboarding stage.

As a Health and Safety Audit & Assurance Officer within HMCTS HQ, National Security and Safety Team, you will be a key player in providing expert health and safety advice and assurance to senior duty holders across the HMCTS estate. Your proactive and strategic approach will be crucial in rigorously testing current safety performance and significantly reducing work-related incidents. By doing so, you will play a vital role in cultivating a safer and healthier work environment for all.
