We are seeking a 4D Planner (Construction Rehearsal Lead) who has construction knowledge or experience, to facilitate Construction Rehearsals and ensure consistency in MMB's approach to 4D planning.

The role of a 4D Planner (Constrcution Rehearsal Lead) includes :

• Collaborate with the Contract Managers responsible for the programme to assist them with their planning needs.
• Facilitate Construction rehearsals using a range of digital tools and specialist software such as Synchro 4D Pro.
• Liaise directly with Unit Digital Leads to understand unit specific project needs with regards to undertaking Construction Rehearsals.
• Liaise directly with Contract Managers, Site Managers, Designers and Planners involved in the project.
• Liaise directly with BIM Leads to facilitate modelling requirements.
